1# Malana Village

This isolated village in the Parvati Valley is situated at an altitude of almost 10,000 ft. Malana is often regarded as the world’s oldest living democracy.
Its inhabitants claim that their roots go back to Alexander the Great, and they consider themselves superior to almost everyone else. As a result, visitors are requested not to touch the locals and a lot of the local landmarks.

4# Chandratal Baralachala Trek

5# Pin Parvati Pass
The Pin Parvati Pass connects the Parvati Valley in the Kullu District to the Pin Valley in the Spiti region.
Many mountaineers regard the Parvati Pass trek as one of the toughest treks in Himachal Pradesh. The pass is situated at an altitude of approximately 17,500 ft. and this means you need to be in great shape in order to make it to the finish line.
The first few days of the trek, which sees trekkers climb through Kheerganga, Tunda Bhuj and Thakur Khan, is mostly through lush green forests and meadows, accompanied by the magical sound and glimpses of the ever-flowing Parvati River.
En route the Pass, you would pass the origin of the Parvati River, the magnificent Mantalai Lake.
Onwards from Mantalai, the landscape changes from almost all green to almost all white, as the ice takes over.
